Work can restore dignity to everyone. This is the idea on which the ambitious project carried out by Parco del Mulino Social Cooperative is based. The Cooperative was born in 2011 in Livorno thanks to the commitment of a group of parents of children with Down syndrome.
The Cooperative promotes cultural and professional activities with the aim of integrating people with disabilities into working life. Once school is finished, young people who join it have the opportunity to cultivate a professional career in the catering sector, benefiting both in terms of acquired skills and social inclusion. The path offered by Parco del Mulino is divided into several levels, going from training to psychological support, with dedicated courses and tutors.
